Teen Summer Reading Club


Interested in having fun this summer? Then check out all the great free programs that are happening at South Regional Library this summer.


Programs take place on Tuesday and Thursday evening June thru the end of July at 6:00 PM in the 1st floor meeting room.

Open to all teens 12-18. Teens must participate in the book log portion of the Teen Summer Reading Club in order to attend the programs.


Programs with space still available are as follows:


Tuesday nights

July 14th- Play Rockband on the big screen, or create your own flower pin, or just relax and play a board game.


July 28th- Play Rockband on the big screen, or create your own flower pin, or just relax and play a board game.


Thursday nights

July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd- Build a World Project. Teens will work together to create a world of their own using drawing and writing. The final project will be a giant 3-D map of a major city in their world.


All teens must complete their personal book goal in order to attend the program below.


July 30th-VIP End of Summer Reading Party- Party down with a live DJ, Play with the Wii, and have Pizza. Everyone who attend the party will be entered into drawing to win gift cards.

Teen Book Club: Its Not Your Mother's Book Club


A teen book club devoted to good books, food, and fun! The first ten teens to sign up will recieve a free copy of that month's book.
The Teen Book Club will be on vacation but will be returning in September. September's book selection will be posted in August.
